Plugin logNotices for Dotclear 2

This plugin stores all (or only error) notices in dc_log table. It may also be used to list the content of this tables and selectively delete some or all of its content.

IDEAS

• add filters (user, blog, date(range), …) to the list

• list existing notices (with pagination)
• add maintenance task to remove all notices periodically (if possible)
• cope with blog admins (restricted to blog's notice) and super admin (all plateform's blogs notices)
